I’ll present a workshop about the Pros and Cons of Writing Multiple Genres. Many writers early in their journey dabble in one area of fiction or nonfiction and then another, hoping something with strike a chord with publishers and then with readers. There are advantages to this approach but also some disadvantages to consider. In this workshop, we’ll explore both sides in detail and determine a strategy for participants who are determined to continue to write multiple genres and those who choose to focus on a single genre.
